No Personal Meeting Link on Education account

I am on a zoom education account. According to the documentation, this should come with a personal meeting link (such as http:<mydomain>.zoom.us/my/<username>) and not just a personal meeting ID.

 

However

  • the field Personal Meeting Link does not appear in the setting for my account
  • if I try to start a meeting using the URL schema above, I am asked for a password which is different from the password for my PMI

Note that you need to be a licensed user on the account to have this ability, and your admin may have not enabled this for your account either. I would verify that you are licensed, and if so and still having issues to reach out to your account admin. If you are the admin and persist with issues please submit a support case and our team can investigate.
