New pc: no audio from shared films

Hi, I have a new computer (DELL), Windows 11: during meetings organized by other ones, I cannot well-hear the audio of shared films or songs. (With my old computer I had not this problem).

The audio is perfect during the meeting itself, but not during the shared films/songs.

I tried to change some ZOOM settings, without results.

What can I do?
