New Zoom meeting

I am only logged in to my zoom account on 1 device (ipad)

i am able to join meetings just fine.

but when i want to start a new meeting using my personal zoom room, it tells the participants that they are in my waiting room and i havent started the meeting yet.

however it shows my waiting room as empty

    Hello @Naeema88 ,

     

    I hope all is well with you!

     

    The possible reason why you are not seeing anyone waiting to be admitted from your Waiting Room using your Personal Meeting ID and your participants waiting to be admitted, both you and the participants aren't in the same Meeting ID/ link.

     

    Is it possible for you to recreate and let us know what happens in your next ZoomMeetings?
