New Meeting, Join button is grayed out

[新しい会議]、[参加]ボタン、または[画面の共有]ボタンを押すと、グレー表示され、続行されません。
また、[設定]をクリックしても何も表示されません。
Windows 11のクリーンインストールを行い、ZoomWorkplaceを再インストールした後でも、状況は同じです。
これを修正する方法はありますか?
