New MacBook PRO-login into Personal Meeting Room from desktop keeps changing meeting rooms?

Help! It is wasting time trying to get team members all in same meeting room -should I log out? and reinstall Zoom launcher on my desktop? It doesn't seem to recognize me as the host all the time and keeps sending me to different rooms? Meanwhile my team is all on Zoom waiting for me...they are all on original zoom link?
