New Mac. --Can only see person talking instead of entire group

On my old computer, there was a spot in the upper right hand corner to click on so I can see entire group or just person talking.  With my new Mac desktop, it doesn't show there.  Does anyone know how to do it?

    Hi @CK6, the host could have Spotlighted participants' videos as you would see a 'speaker view' of the spotlighted participant. You also have the ability to Adjust your video layout during a virtual meeting. Check out those KB articles and let me know if that helps! Would be also helpful to see what you're seeing if you'd like to share a screenshot of what you're experiencing without exposing any PII.
