My dilemma is that I have some clients who are not allowed to download Zoom on their computers. So, they use the web browser version of Zoom to join, thus they do not have the galley view option, that is, the ability to see everyone else who is in the meeting. I have Zoom Pro and it works fine for all I need with this one exception. I'm trying to figure out what version I need to upgrade to so that even those who join from the web browser version will be able to "see" the video of everyone who is in the meeting. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Fish.

There is nothing you need to upgrade on your end, as viewing Gallery view is based entirely on the participant's device. For those using the web client, they can only view either 9 participants or 25 participants at once when using Gallery view. They can check their settings like this:

I am having the same ISSUE! There seems to be no help in sight! There is NO option to show Gallery view using Firefox....
