I need to run zoom reports to show who attended
zoom sessions from Aug 1 to today to determine who attended the most sessions.
The reports option only allows me to run a report for one month and within that month
you may have 4-5 reports. How can this be streamlined?

Hi @Cbrame, welcome to the Zoom community! Per this article, account owners and admins can only view a list of active meetings, meeting minutes, and users up to one month: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/6744159137293-Generating-Active-Host-reports.
It seems that currently, the easiest way to generate the attendance information that you'd like to see is to compile all of the reports month by month. To submit your ideas for improvements in this area, I encourage you to submit a feedback form here: https://zoom.us/feed. Hope this helps!

I submitted feedback requesting a date range greater than one month for attendance reporting, suggesting at least one year if there has to be a limitation at all.

You can compile the reports one by one manually and collate them to a get a 12 month view. If you want to automate this you could use APIs to extract multiple months worth of reports in one go. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you streamline this process by pulling multiple reports over multiple months at once.
