Nate Email Account Reorganization Email is not received.

Nate Email Account Reorganization Email is not received.
I have tried to send e-mails many times, but I have not received any e-mails from Nate e-mails.
As a result of the inquiry with Nate, it is said that the email itself has not been sent from Zoom. Please help me to send it to Nate mail so that I can reset my password email.

    Please ensure that you are checking junk/spam folders are your mail servers maybe tagging the email from zoom as spam, the other solution I could suggest is that you log a problem with Zoom Support at
    https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new, so they can manually add the user.

    Junkmail and Block, Spam Not
    The mail itself is not receiving *********** mail.
    As a result of the mail company's reply, the zoom company said that the mail itself was not sent.
    I was wondering if you could manually send me
