Good morning, everybody.
I updated my Zoom client and fond out that now in the recorded meetings there is always the names of the participants under their images, no matter if a abilitate or not the corresponding option in the preferences.
Why does it happen? How can I resolve this?

Hi @AlessandroG thank you for your post here on the Zoom Community! If you have unchecked the box in your Zoom client, there is only one other place I can think to check and that is in the Zoom portal, under your recording settings. I believe you are doing a cloud recording, so let's sign into the Zoom web portal (https://zoom.us) and in the Personal Section, click on "Settings" and then the "Recording" tab. In here you will find all your recording settings. Notice the one "Display participant's names in the recording"
Uncheck that and try again, and you should be good to go!
