Name Tags in Webinars

Hi all, just wondering if any of you can help.

We are hosting a webinar tonight, with myself and colleague hosting, 10 panellists and an audience. I have done a practice run earlier and have set name tags and backgrounds up. Although I can see name tags, my co-host can't. The two test panellists could see the tags, but the audience couldn't.

Any ideas on this one? It's a bit of a strange one.

TIA

Usually, this setting is the culprit:

Have the folks who do not see the names check the Always display participant names on their video box, and see if that changes their view.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.

I had a similar problem.  I gave name tags to myself (on a different day), and all of the panelists.  They could see the name tags, but their name tags were not recorded in the Webinar video.  So my video window is the only one with a name tag.  if I had known it would look like that, I would've removed mine.  This feature

should be "What you see is what you get."

Many thanks for your reply Ray.

There was a whole new kettle of fish to deal with during the webinar, where some participants, although panelists, weren't being classed as panelists, so I haven't got round to working it out yet as I now have to figure that one out!
