NVIDIA Broadcast makes Zoom Crash

Windows up-to-date (AverMedia Cam), Zoom updated to Version 5.11.10 (8200) (64-bit). Using my camera in NVIDIA  Broadcast mode causes Zoom to crash when I go to the Zoom Video Settings. I cannot get Zoom to recover from the crash; even after a reboot Zoom remains crashed/frozen if I re-open it.

There is no error message, once the crash happens, no part of Zoom is functional.

This is true. After 2 years of Nvidia Broadcast being released, it still crashes Zoom while open.

All of a sudden Zoom won't recognize Nvidia Broadcast camera and often crashes Zoom. The "32-bit version" mentioned is 3 years old. This combination of Broadcast and Zoom was working fine until a few weeks ago. This is critical for my business. Please help!

10.0.26100 Build 26100

Zoom Workplace
6.2.11 (50939)

Just uninstall Nvidia Broadcast man. Nvidia doesn't care.

I have a similar problem which started happening immediately after installing Windows 11 24H2. There was no problem before so it's nothing to do with 32/64-bit. It works fine when I start a new meeting, but if I join someone else's meeting I get an error message saying 'Cannot start video. Failed to start the video camera. Please select another video camera in Settings'. I have tried installing Broadcast v1.4.0.39 which claims to fix it, but it doesn't make any difference.  This is not a good look for Zoom as it means I am having to apologise for the error every time I join a meeting, which is nearly as bad as when I use Teams.

Windows 11 Home version 10.0.26100 Build 26100
Zoom Workplace 6.3.5

I too am having a similar issue.  I've updated nVidia Broadcast to the latest version (1.4.0.39) which was released to address problems with 24H2 but this issue with Zoom still remains.

New Nvidia broadcast software seems to fix the problem finally
