I have been using zoom for a at least a year and it was working fine until very recently. In my meetings, they can hear me on the other end but I can't hear a thing and yet my microphones and speakers are fine. The same situation occurs even when I use my android. I have uninstalled and re-installed, yet the situation remains the same. I need someone to tell me what next to do

Check your audio output. I caught myself accidentally connected to Bluetooth headset or speakers so the audio was working but going somewhere else.

I'm having this problem since early August also
