NEW PROBLEM: Blurry Video File

New problem: I post some of my zoom meetings on YouTube. I've been doing this for years with no problem. Yesterday, the ZOOM video file was blurry. Yes, I troubleshooted my camera and YouTube. It is the Zoom file. Zoom used to have an HD setting but I cannot locate it to see if it was disabled. I have no idea what the problem is. I tried support several times and got sent around in circles in their chat app. Any ideas? I'm desperate thank you.

Please go to the web setting page to check if HD is enabled.
