Same issue.  Logitech on my new Mac Studio.  Was not having this problem on my Mac Pro.

I am having the same issue with my mouse and considering reverting to Windows 10 or using Teams instead of Zoom

Same issue. Only Zoom makes this issue even though I updated all the drivers, BIOS, Windows 11 updates & Zoom.

    Hi there,

    Apologies for the delayed response.

If you're experiencing lag with your Bluetooth mouse during Zoom meetings, there are several potential causes. Please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Check for Bluetooth interference:
Other devices (such as Wi-Fi routers, wireless keyboards, or microwaves) can interfere with the Bluetooth signal. Try moving any other wireless devices away from your mouse and computer to minimize interference.

    2. Re-pair Your Mouse:
Unpair and re-pair your Bluetooth mouse with your device. This often helps resolve connectivity issues.

    3. Update Mouse Drivers:
Ensure your Bluetooth and mouse drivers are up to date. Outdated drivers can lead to lag or other performance issues. You can update them through Device Manager (on Windows) or System Preferences (on macOS).

    4. Reduce Zoom’s Video Quality:
Zoom meetings consume a lot of bandwidth, and if your internet connection isn’t stable, it could cause mouse lag. Try lowering the video quality in Zoom’s settings under Settings > Video > Advanced.

    5. Use a Different USB Port or Dongle (if applicable):
If you're using a Bluetooth dongle to connect your mouse, try switching to a different USB port or using a USB extension cable to move the dongle closer to the mouse.

    6. Close Unnecessary Applications:
Background applications can use up system resources, affecting mouse performance. Try closing any unnecessary apps to see if it improves responsiveness.

    7. Check Battery Level:
If your Bluetooth mouse’s battery is low, it could cause lag. Ensure the mouse is fully charged or replace the batteries if needed.

    8. Test on Another Device:
Try using your Bluetooth mouse on a different device to determine if the issue is with the mouse itself or your computer.

Please let me know if any of these suggestions help or if you need further assistance!

I have had same issue as well, for many months now. Windows 11, USB mouse (kensignton slimblade trackball). Only happens with Zoom. I was just in a meeting where as soon as I touched the trackball my browser goes 'back' to previous pages as if i pressed back button in top left. While in the meeting, I switched Zoom call to my phone and problem instantly went away. That is the only way I am able to enter this comment now. It seems clear this is a zoom or virus issue.

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here. Have you tried using a different mouse while using Zoom?

I just started having this problem on Monday. I'm on a Mac using a Magic Mouse and everything is up-to-date and I have good internet, so none of these suggestions are applicable.
