My video box won't pop up after saying allow

Can someone help me? Every time I try to join a meeting, I press allow and the actual video box doesn't appear. I got a new computer. This never happened on my old one. PLEASE HELP!

    Hi @Cpark713 

     

    Are you using a Windows PC, or an Apple Computer - laptop or desktop?

     

    Are you using the Zoom client software application, or are you trying to join a meeting from a web browser?

     

    Are you using an in-built camera (like in a laptop) or is your camera external, like USB?

     

    This will help narrow-down the solution for you.
