I lost the recording if my video yesterday, automatically recorded in the cloud. But when zoom sent me a message to say that the recording was ready, it was just a few second black screen shot.

 

Can you help me tho get the recording back ?

I registered a video yesterday evening, and saved it automatically on the cloud.

I received 20 messages from zoom telling me that the video has been recorded, but it's only a few second black screen shot that I have in my recordings.

 

Is there a way to get my video back ?
