My personal account has been taken over my my organization's account.

I have a personal account that I pay for and have access to my organization's Zoom account.  I sign into them with separate emails.  The organization's account seems to have taken over my personal account.  I need to have them separate.  I did have to install Microsoft 365 for my organization.  Help!
