Okay that's good to know! You could ask your boss to assign you as a licensed user. If they're not familiar with the process, send this over to them: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201363183-Managing-users 😊

My pleasure 💙

Hi @alvarorincon! This could be happening because you still need to assign the license to yourself.

1. Log in to the Zoom User page.
2. Find or search the list
3. Click 'Edit' on the right of the appropriate row
4. Choose the appropriate license to assign (e.g. Basic to Licensed)
5. Click Save

The license is then applied and you can use it immediately. If not immediately reflected on the Zoom Application, please sign out and sign back in to ensure that the changes get pushed to the App.

If this helps, please hit Accept As Solution 💙

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

Hi Bri,

But I am not the account host, I am a member and my boss (who owns the pro account) added me.

In my basic info it says that my account is pro (named host)  / In spanish: (pro anfitrión denominado)

But in my profile it says that is basic license.

Thank you Bri!
