My laptop was close when recording on the cloud.

My record is missing. I clicked on record on the cloud. The recorded signal appears and go well. 50 minutes later, my laptop was closed. And the meeting was gone. Will my record save?

    just follow some step before start recording in your laptop.

    Go to Start > type 'settings' > double-click on the first result to launch the Settings page. Navigate to Update & Security > select Troubleshooter > right-click on the 'Recording Audio' troubleshooter. Run the tool and follow the on-screen instructions to fix the problem.
