Starting February 1, 2025, Zoom Phone customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10DLC campaign in order to keep using SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.

Hi All,

My facebook group is not appearing in the dropdown when attempting to stream my meeting on zoom.

I have made the appropriate changes to my group setting on facebook. However, still nothing comes up on the drop down?

Any advice would be truly appreciated.

having the same problem suddenly over the last two weeks. Have you figured it out yet?
