My display name appears as "user"

How do I permanently get rid of "user" and substitute my correct display name?

    Please verify you are signing into Zoom before joining meetings. 

     

    Assuming you are signing in using just your email and not SSO, you will want to go into the Zoom web page, click on 'My Account' in the upper right, and then with Profile selected on the left, click on the Edit button on the top right hand side.  Within this screen, you can edit your display name.
