My camera and video was fine but participants video were not displayed, also no video icon availabl

Anyone know how to fix above subject mentioned issue?  I can see myself, my camera was on and image displayed on the screen.  However, participants were not, not even an video icon available to turn on and off from their end.   i have checked setting, and yes my video and audio setting both "ONT' for host and participants.  Please assist.

Nope, didnt try the "sharing" action.  This happened when participants log in.   I can see myself only, audio was fine for all just they cannot display their face (video/profile image).  And participants said they didn't even have the video icon like what we usually have at the left bottom together with audio.
