My Zoom setting does not capture poll respondents details

1. I set up a meeting that requires Registration

2. I set up a poll.  I need the poll to be NON anonymous.   When I click on settings, it says 

By default, this option works when collecting responses in the following products: 

! Meeting

(tick) Team Chat 

i.e., it treats all my polls as anonymous.  How do I fix that?
