My Video (the image from my camera) is Gigantic

This happened suddenly and I haven't yet found a way to fix it.  My camera zooms all the way in so you're literally looking at a closeup of my nostrils.  I can't get far enough away to get "in frame."  Can anybody tell me how I can re-adjust some setting(s) so people don't think I have a giant head in Zoom meetings.  Seriously, I have a big Zoom today and need a fix.  Anyone?

I'm having the same problem on my lenovo computer. My camera image is ridiculously close up and I need to resize it so it's a normal size. I've tried the customer service chat but it's not offered any useful answers
