Hi

Everytime I open my Camera, my video is automatically rotated 90 degree

Even though I already set my video before I open my camera,

When I turn on my camera it's become 90 degrees rotated again

It starts happen since last month after I update my zoom

I'm using Lenovo Ideapad D330,

Is there someone who has the same problem as me?

    Hi @MSan

Please follow the steps in the link below to install the Lenovo Vantage app for Windows. This should help.

I have the same problem on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S5. It was working fine until the start of September 2021. It's unusable in the feature rich Zoom client - I have to join via web.
I've just installed 5.8.0 and that hasn't fixed it 😞

I have had the same problem on my Windows 10 Linx tablet, since upgrading Zoom last week. The camera is rotated at the start of every meeting. I manually rotate it, but then if I turn my camera off and back on during the meeting, it has rotated again.

Hi @MSan@IanGornall, and @CA128, for Zoom Version 5.8.3 we've resolved an issue regarding the camera rotation resetting for each meeting - Windows. You can look into the release notes here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4411402992653

I'm running 5.8.1, so when I check for updates it says I'm running the latest version. How do I install 5.8.3

Please try again as I believe release of the new client was still underway when you checked.
