My PRO Account is Not Recognized

I am paying for PRO, but profile and scheduling are showing BASIC. Worked just fine from November 2021 until now. I need to set up a meeting and require more than the BASIC limits.

    Hello @SSTulsa  - Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this. When you click on your profile picture, it should indicate whether you are a "Basic or Licensed" user. Also, can you log out and log back into your desktop client as shown below?
