My Kendao meeting 360 camera does not work on Zoom

My Kendao Meeting 360 camera did work for a couple of years on Zoom on my MacBook air with Sequinta 15.0.1.

 

Suddenly it didn't work any more. It comes up as an alternative camera but the picture freezes imediately. 
The camera works on Zoom on a PC and it works on Messenger and not on Signal on my Mac.
I have zoom version 6.3.0

I have had contact with Kendao support and they have tried the camera on Zoom with a Mac and it worked.

Other extra cameras work fine but not the Kendao camera.

 

Any ideas?
