I want to use music.  When I go to the share button I do not get the options for video apps I want to use I only get questions about how who and how many participatts

It is not clear what the intent is in this case. You can share a video FILE in share > advanced tab. You can play a video in an app and share that window in share > screens tab or just share the screen. More versatile tools are available, but they can be complex to install and configure (though they are free). OBS Studio is the most widely used tool.
