I have a fairly new laptop running Windows 11. When I join my live choir rehearsals on Zoom I can hear the leader's voice OK but the music is very distorted. Can anyone advise me on what settings I might need to change to resolve this problem please?

You need to tell the person who is SENDING the live choir audio to turn on original sound.
Here is insight to setting up original sound.

Note that original sound has to be turned on in 2 places. Don't forget to click the Original Sound for Musicians button to toggle this on or off in the top-left corner of the meeting window. Also, check your OS for audio enhancements and be sure they are turned off.
