Music during workout class continues to cut out.

I have been using ZOOM for my online workout classes for the last 2 years.  Music was working really well but as of the last month it is coming in and out.  I am just wondering if there are new settings or some kind of update that has happened.  Would love some feedback as it is really annoying to my clients and it is in my recordings.

i think it is just the update. my video is also cutting out.

As for your problem, try this:

Enable Original Sound for Musicians:

  • Zoom's "Original Sound for Musicians" feature preserves the original audio from your microphone, bypassing echo cancellation and audio filters.
  • To enable it:
    • Open the Zoom desktop client.
    • Click on your profile picture and select "Settings."
    • Navigate to the "Audio" tab.
    • Check the box labeled "Show in-meeting option to enable 'Original Sound'."
    • During a meeting, click "Turn on Original Sound" at the top-left corner.
