On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I need to schedule a series of interviews and meet and greets for my program. I want to set up all the links with those running the interviews as alternative hosts but I need over 15 zoom meetings for the same day and time. If they are the alternative hosts and I never join the meeting can I run them all at the same time?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Courtney-PsyD.
The short answer is, no. Each account can only have one Meeting active at a time – regardless of who is in the meeting.
Consider having one meeting with multiple Breakout Rooms. Each interviewer and interviewee comes into the room, and you (or someone you designate, such as with Alt Host) puts them in the Breakout Room.
