I'm trying to have 2 computers logged in and according to this article I can have 2 desktops, 2 phones, 2 tablets logged in concurrently however as soon as I log into one computer I get logged out of the other. And when I try to enable more additional logins that menu doesn't even exist.
Has anyone been able to setup concurrent logins?

hi @Diglot ,
Yes, Zoom is more careful about people running lots of devices.
If you look in settings and my account, you can see the devices you are logged in to.
You can log into two machines and even join a meeting, and then pass that to the other machine.
But at a point, Zoom will not let you be active in the Zoom app on many machines.
six logins seems too much
all the best

so what applies to free accounts then

I would expect just one for FREE. I am not a zoom employee and can not find any documentation, although I have asked

Hello,
I have been experiencing the same issue since yesterday. I use Zoom on two Macs and one iPhone, and suddenly one device started logging out. There is no live support for the free version, and they referred me to the article you mentioned above, which clearly states that two desktop computers are allowed. Have you managed to solve this yet?
Thanks,
Libor

Support is non-existent unless you pay for it, so I doubt we will get a solution for this anytime soon

there has been an update in the latest version of Zoom.
Please also note this is NOT for free accounts.
New account owners and admins can configure the number of concurrent device sign-ins through the admin portal under Advanced Security settings. Going forward, the default limit has been increased to five devices per device type, allowing new users to stay signed in across multiple computers, tablets, and phones simultaneously. The current settings remain unchanged for existing accounts that are already using custom device limits. This enhancement provides greater flexibility for organizations while maintaining administrative control over device access.
Note: This setting is available for new customers only; existing customers will retain their current configuration with no changes. This setting is available to all paid account types except for accounts with a Zoom Phone-only plan, where it will not be displayed. This setting is also not available to free accounts.

Good find, so where does this leave free accounts?
Seems like the only solution is to delete existing account and remake it based off that update
