Transferring historic meetings from one Zoom account to another is not directly supported by Zoom. However, you can access meeting history reports on the original account if you have the necessary permissions. Here's a workaround:
Access Meeting History: Sign in to the original Zoom account as an admin or licensed user. Go to the Zoom web portal, navigate to Account Management > Reports, and view the Meeting and Webinar History report.
Export Reports: You can export participant lists and other meeting details from this report. This will help you keep a record of past meetings.
Manually Transfer Data: Manually transfer the exported data to the new account by scheduling new meetings or creating new records based on the exported information.
Note on Account Sharing: Be aware that sharing account rights or credentials is prohibited by Zoom unless explicitly approved in writing.
