Move 'play sounds when someone joins or leaves' & 'participants can chat with' to 'host tools'

This is just a request for Zoom to move the Move 'play sounds when someone joins or leaves' from the 'participants' section and 'participants can chat with' from the 'chat' section to the 'host tools' section on the host end of things. It is super annoying I have to first open the 'participants' and 'chat' sections respectively to then do that. There's no logical reason for that either. They're both tools the host need, so they should be under host tool.

thanks for your comment. it is a particpant option which is why it is currently where it is. You are right that so many options moved to the hosts button.
