Mouse control

In a free version I could easily give my students a mouse control for them to do dif tasks. Yesterday I bought an annual pro subscription and that useful feature just disappeared 😞 Though it was the ONLY reason I actually chose zoom over lots of other options. There's 'slide control' now--a student can move a mouse cursor but can't click, or anything. I've looked through all the settings and recommended solutions and can't find how to solve it. Where is the 'remote control' I have to use according to instructions?

Sounds like the Remote Control settings might have been changed. See if this Zoom Support article helps you locate and change the setting:
