Mixed accounts on my app

I have my own Pro account, however,  I used the YWCA account because I was at a board meeting there, and needed to use the Y account.  Now, my Zoom app says the Y account is my home account.  When I went to use my account today, the Y account was used, which I did not want to happen. How did they get mixed up?  I am using an iPad for all of these meetings.
