Missing recordings

I recorded three meetings and only the test one made it to my cloud.  I apparently don't pay enough to get human assistance and am honestly thinking about canceling my subscription after the difficulty I'm having in just seeing if anything can be done or if those recordings are gone forever, let alone the fact that I spent hours interviewing someone for a training video that I can't find.  I am certain I clicked record and I saw the indication in the top corner showing that they were being recorded.
