Missing recordings

All of my recordings just disappeared! I even tried purchasing more cloud storage for recordings!

    How to recover a deleted cloud recording in the web portal
    Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
    In the navigation menu, click Recordings.
    At the top right, you will see a Trash icon if there are any cloud recordings in the trash.
    Click the icon to see any deleted cloud recordings.

    To retrieve a deleted cloud recording through the web portal of Zoom, you need to follow these steps:

    1. Log in to the Zoom web portal.
    2. Go to the Recordings section from the navigation menu.
    3. Check for the Trash icon at the top right corner of the page, which indicates that there are deleted cloud recordings available

    Hi @soberfitchick @willjoe2442 @davidwarner please check the Zoom status page to ensure all Zoom systems are operational. You can go to https://status.zoom.com, to see the status of Zoom operations, which all seem to be functional. 

     

    Just for context, Zoom had some downtime on missing meetings and missing cloud recordings, which are now fixed as you should have access to those again. Please let me know if you're still unable to find your meetings or recordings, thanks!
