Hey everybody I had my first zoom meeting today and clicked the record option. However I cannot locate the recording anywhere. I have zoom basic, and when I try to call in it keeps saying invalid account. When I submit a ticket it says that the email is not attached to an active zoom account, but im literally looking at my zoom account and the email is there. I don’t know how to get the help I need and I really need this recording.
