Missing Zoom Recording - “double_click_to_convert” file is missing

I looked for a recently recorded meeting and found only the file “recording.conf”.
I tried to return it again using zTscoder or from the desktop app, but [please meke sure the following files are in the recording folders, then convert your recording by double- clicking the files] message.

However, no files exist other than “recording.conf”.

This happened to me today. I am working with Support to try and find the recording. If anyone has experience in retrieving files like this, please share.
