On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Misleading message on Meetings registration confirmation page

A user registered for a meeting 20 minutes before the start time. She got to the "registration confirmation page" that had the message, "You will be automatically redirected to the live session when it starts. Please do not close this browser." The blue "Join" button was also displayed. She sat on this page and was never redirected to the meeting. Is there some bug in the system at the moment?

I was able to replicate the problem myself today. Once I clicked on the "Join" button, I was admitted. But that was ignoring the message telling me I'd be redirected automatically. What's going on? How can we ensure all our registrants get into our meetings?
