Microphone stopped working

Just upgraded (auto turned on and I need to change that) automatically and then my microphone stopped working. Zoom connects to it, and the system shows it is working but when I test the microphone it doesn't pick up anything. I hate Zoom upgrades! The bird brains never seem to test it and then come out with patches to fix the fix.

Do you try to downgrade the zoom version?

After downloading 5.1X version, everythings resumed normal.

So I also stopped the auto-upgrade,

But I don't download why the mic is not working on the newest zoom version only.
