Microphone muted on Iphone

I cannot unmute my microphone on my Iphone. In settings>privacy> microphone....zoom does not appear. I cannot activate the microphone currently.

Hey @GregL12 thanks for you question! Just note that applications must first request permission to use your microphone before they can appear in the 'privacy & security' list as configurable to enable or disable access. Once Zoom has requested permission to use your microphone, the application will appear in that list.

 

Have you tried removing Zoom and installing it again to see if that option to grant permission to use microphone appears?
