Microphone and Speaker is not working

When I enter into the zoom, i could only hear the first word spoken by the speaker, then the sound disappear. So, when I want to speak, the microphone did not have any response. I have try all steps like trouble shoot or zoom setting, but it still cant fix my problem

I have a few troubleshooting questions for you, to help narrow-down your problem and find a solution.

 

Are you using a Windows PC, or an Apple computer - desktop or laptop - or a mobile device?

 

Are you using a headset or external speakers, or built-in speakers?

 

Is this a new problem?

 

Can you try a simple test meeting at https://zoom.us/test ?

 

Please post back here with that information. 

Speakers are Realtek - not working
