Mic not picking up Piano

Hey there! My new Windows 11 laptop won’t pick up the sound coming from my piano while I’m teaching. It’s an app issue, not a computer issue, as the computer picks it up just fine outside of the app. Can anyone help? I’ve already switched it to Original sound for musicians and tried changing a ton of settings, but nothing is working. When i play the piano, it doesnt register sound at all.
