Hi there,

 

We have a business account, and I was able to schedule meetings in the past which did not require me to be on the call with him. Yesterday it was an issue as they needed me to let them into the zoomroom even do I had waiting room disabled, but it showed him that they were waiting for the host to start the call. So they could not have the call, which was a big problem.  I also find it quite ridiculous that you can't get support from zoom directly here.
