Hello!
Zoom meetings sent to me from people external to my company are not appearing on the Zoom app or Zoom web. Any idea why?
How can I make sure those meetings appear in the Zoom app (v 6.2.3 that I access on PC and iphone) and Zoom web?
Side note - I did see a post about a meeting appearing on Zoom web with "no fixed time" -- and indeed a meeting I created was set to that and I changed it to a fixed recurring time. But the meetings I'm referencing above were not created by me.

Hello,
The closest thing I can find to assist here is to make sure your calendar and contacts integration is configured on your account: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068615
Otherwise, only meetings you are hosting or meetings you are invited to by users on your account will show. If you are added to meetings by external parties, there should be options to add these to a Google/Microsoft/O365 calendar, and if the bi-directional sync is enabled then those meetings should show on your Zoom app in the calendar. Only meetings that you are hosting will show on the Zoom Web portal or the home page on your app. Meetings can show on your calendar if it is configured properly.
I hope this helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
Thank you,
Jake
