Hi
I am on the basic (free) version of Zoom and have used it without issue since 2020 during Covid. It helps me work with children remotely in an educational capacity.
The last 2 months however, my Zoom sessions are constantly cutting out in the middle of a meeting. Sometimes reconnection occurs automatically after a minute or 2, but other times I need to re-log in and my name (connection) comes up twice and asks me to reclaim as host!!!
Most frustrating and perplexing!
Has anyone else experienced this??
Zoom comes up with a pop-up to report the incident but it only gives options for abusive behaviour, fraud, copyright. Not what is actually occurring.
I'd appreciate any help/suggestions.
