Hi 

 

I have a Polycom Group Series 310 Video Conference device.  When  I am in a Zoom Meeting, the device  disconnects from the meeting at 15  minute intervals. 

 

I have reset the device to factory settings which did not work.   

 

The device is connected to a 4G Router.

How are you connecting the codec to Zoom? Via SIP? The 15 minute interval suggests a configuration issue - most likely related to session timers/expirations. Linking some relevant articles for your review:
